Cleveland Health and Wellness Center is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join their holistic mental health practice in Rocky River.

The successful candidate will be warm, calm, highly organized, and self-directed. After initial training, the Administrative Assistant will work primarily in an independent capacity. As such, the applicant must excel at time management, problem solving, and organization.

Due to the high level of on the job training required for this position, and the importance of developing relationships with clinicians and clients, the successful candidate must be willing to commit to staying and growing with the practice for at least three years.

Documentation, scheduling, and billing are completed electronically. It is therefore important that candidates for this position are proficient in basic internet research, scanning, faxing, and troubleshooting.

Proposed Hours (negotiable) 
Monday through Friday, 1 - 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails from clients and insurance companies

  • Complete phone intakes for new clients

  • Research insurance benefits, eligibility, and claims online and by phone

  • Prepare billing logs for payroll

  • Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment

  • Print, scan, fax, and file documents

  • Perform other tasks as assigned to help the office run efficiently
